Travelling to a country within the European Union
If the country you are travelling to is within the European Union (EU+)*, then you can benefit from the new lower rates which are now applicable for all countries of EU+.

Travelling to a country outside the European Union
Find the zone to which the country you are travelling to belongs, and find out how much you will pay for making or receiving calls, as well as for sending SMS during your visit abroad.

With the new Roaming tariffs, using your mobile abroad is now even easier. Whether a pay monthly or a soeasy pay as you go customer you can now have better control over your account when roaming and fewer rates to remember.

Our rates are organized into five zones (including the zone for the European Union countries) with flat rate prices any time of the day, any day of the week. Simply find the zone in which the country you are travelling to belongs, and you will know the charge in advance.

Wherever you are travelling:
	For outgoing calls in Zone 1 there is a minimum charge of 30 seconds and then charging is applied per 1 second.
	For outgoing calls in Zones 2-5 there is a minimum charge of 60 seconds and then charging is applied per 30 seconds.
	For incoming calls in all Zones charging per second.
	You will be charged for receiving as well as making calls.
	All tariffs are including VAT.
	While using the above International Roaming Services when roaming to a network within the European Union, VAT is applicable.
	While using the above International Roaming Services when roaming to all other Networks outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable.

	When making an international call remember to add the correct International Access Code as it is not always "00" as it is in Cyprus.
	For Fax & Data Services the charge is the same as for voice calls.
	For dialing short codes (123 for your Voicebox and 132 for our customer care), you will be charged for an international call to Cyprus (applies for paymonthly customers only).
	Video Calls will be charged the same as voice calls for a limited initial period. For a full list of networks where Video Calling is available click here.
	While roaming in any of the networks that there is a live roaming agreement, outgoing calls to National Free Phone (800), to International Free Phone Phone (00800), to Premium Services, to Satellite Networks or to any other Local Service that the roaming partner provides, will be charged according to the roaming rates that the roaming partner network applies, with an extra roaming charge of 15%, plus 15% VAT.
